EXCHANGE ONLY POLICY
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@sureinabridal.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 5701 4th St Unit 1317 KATY TEXAS 77493
If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 48 hrs. If the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, please let us know so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the type of merchandised purchased, ALL sales are FINAL and cannot be returned. In the event there is a question about an item, please contact us to get your questions answered. Please do not purchase multiple items in hopes to return them. Items would not be received back.
Exchanges
Exchanges will ONLY be approved in the event something happens that is out of our control. If your items arrive damaged or broken, please reach out to us immediately within 24hrs to report the issue. We would be more than happy to assist with a replacement. The fastest way to ensure you get exchange on time, return the damaged item that you have, and once received, we will make a replacement immediately depending on availability of items.
Exchanges Cont.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
