GENERAL QUESTIONS:

How long does it take to complete an order and deliver it?  All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Shipping within the US takes 3-7 business days. Please give yourself enough time for unexpected delays. If item is needed urgently, Please share your special event date and let us know when placing your order. You can add a comment in the note section when placing your order. You can also send us an email or give us a call. In the instance your item purchased is not in stock, we will notify you by email or phone number provided. 

Where are you located/Where do you ship from? We are located in Katy Texas. We ship out from our warehouse located in Katy Texas. 

Can I customize or make changes to my headpiece? Yes. Changes can be made to headpieces. We can also customize based on colors needed. 

Could you have my order RUSHED? Based on the availability of items, Yes we can have orders rushed. Please reach out to us and let us know and we will do our best to get the item out the door. There will be a rushed fee processed. This is not part of your shipping fee. Rush fee ONLY expedite the processing time to have item ready and out the door IMMEDIATELY. Express shipping preference has to be picked to ensure fast delivery.  

What if my order is lost? Once items have left our shipping office and scanned off, we are not responsible for any lost item. Please contact the carrier/shipping company and file a claim with them. A follow up phone call to them will also be needed until an accurate update is given. 

Do you offer International Shipping? We do ship internationally. Options are available during checkout. Please choose option that best applies to your specific needs. Shipping may take between 7-14 days based on shipping option used. Shipping might also take longer due to customs delays, so give yourself enough time when placing orders. 

SuReina is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 

RETURN AND EXCHANGES

What is your Exchange Policy? Your 100% satisfaction is our most ultimate GOAL. If there is an exchange to be made, please reach out to us immediately after receipt of item for approval. Exchange will ONLY be approved in the event something happens that is not within our control. If you received the wrong items, please reach out to us immediately within 24hrs to report the issue. We would be more than happy to assist with a replacement. The fastest way to ensure you get exchanged on time is to return the damaged item that you have, and once received, we will make a replacement immediately depending on availability of items. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately within 24 hrs if you have any issues. If the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, please let us know so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

What is your return policy? Due to the type of item being purchased, All SALES are FINAL. Please do not order multiple items in hopes to return some. We will not give out any credit or returns.
